Know if an RFP is worth answering
before anyone writes
An RFP lands and the default answer is yes. AnyCRM reads the account first: readiness, deal health, who you have actually met, and how much of this is winnable. You get a reading and the reasoning, and you make the call.
- Fit scored before you answer
- The gap named with its evidence
- A decision, filed with its reasoning

It lands
An RFP nobody asked for, 09:40. Vernhurst Care, customer operations RFP, Responses due in fourteen days, 96 questions Two weeks of four people's time, before anyone has asked whether this is winnable.
Fit
Fit, read from the account, readiness, health and the committee. Account readiness, six lenses. Deal health, activity and stage. Committee coverage, 1 of 3 roles met Win probability: low to moderate
Why

Where the answers come from
The record you already have.
A bid decision is usually made on enthusiasm and a deadline. Everything needed to make it properly is already on the account: who you have met, who you have not, what the readiness lenses say and how this stage has converted for you before.

Questions
The honest answers.
Does the score decide for us?
No. It reads readiness, health and committee coverage, shows the evidence under each, and names which side is weak. A person makes the call and the reasoning is filed with it.
What if we want to answer only part of it?
That is one of the offered moves. Pick the sections your delivery model wins on, and the response starts on those only, with the rest recorded as a deliberate exclusion.
Can we see why a lens reads low?
Yes. Every lens opens onto the signal and the date behind it, so disagreeing with the reading is a conversation about evidence.
Does a no-go lose the relationship?
It does not have to. The declining move drafts a note asking to be kept on the list for the next cycle, and the reasoning stays on the account for when that cycle comes.
